SALES, PLANT CARE & CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

FULL TIME & PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE

* Hourly wages vary depending on experience and a variety of other factors.

Our growing garden center is looking for positive, energetic individuals with a passion for plants and people. Our ideal candidate will love to work outside, multi-task, get along in a team setting and thrive in a fast paced environment. Much of this job is multi-tasking: plant care, organization and answering customer questions.

Job Description & Requirements:

  • Caring for plant inventory (watering, pruning, deadheading, etc.)
  • Restocking plants and retail store inventory
  • Merchandising and creating store displays
  • Keeping garden center, greenhouses and nursery clean and well-organized
  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist in cashing out customers and answer phone calls
  • Plant knowledge is a plus!
  • Ability to be on feet for entire shift
  • Be able to life 40+ lbs
  • At least one weekend day required
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks POS systems a plus!
